These terms and conditions apply to users of the Nubian Gifts website. By using this website you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions;
Delivery
Delivery is usually between 1-3 days depending on the item/s ordered and the time and day of your order.
All personalised orders are delivered between 2-5 working days. Customised jewellery will be delivered between 2-6 weeks as all items are handmade and made to each clients requirements. You can contact us for any queries or special orders.
Overseas orders
We do take overseas orders. Please contact us for information on overseas orders and deliveries.
Returns/Refunds
Should you find your order is unsatisfactory, please return the item/s within 3 days with an explanation as to why you are returning the goods (this information will help us for future reference) or you can call us on 020 3309 2896/0790 305 5372 with the reason/s. We will make a refund payment once we receive your returned goods, which should be adequately packaged and insured for the return journey, however, we cannot refund shipping costs.
Our returns & refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We also accept UK cheque payments, however, no goods will be despatched until full payment has been cleared. Please

Shipping Charges
We use UK Royal Mail Postal Service for all of our UK shipping. The charges are dependant upon the weight of your goods. The charges are indicated below;
