These terms and conditions apply to users of the Nubian Gifts website.
By using this website you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions;
Delivery
Delivery is usually between 1-3 days depending on the item/s ordered.
All personalised orders are delivered between 2-5 working days.
Overseas orders
Yes we do take overseas orders. Please contact us for information on overseas orders shipping prices and deliveries.
Returns
Should you find your order is unsatisfactory, please return the item/s within 3 days with an explanation as to why you are returning the goods (this information will help us for future reference) or you can call us on 020 3309 2896/0790 305 5372 with the reason/s. We will make a refund payment once we receive your returned goods, however, we cannot refund shipping costs.
Payment Options
We accept payment by PayPal which allows you to use all major credit and debit cards, even if you do not have a PayPal account. PayPal is a secure, trusted and reliable payment method as it has industry leading fraud prevention measures to help protect against online fraud.
We also accept UK cheque payments made payable to ‘Nadine Burbage’, although no goods will be despatched until cheque payments have been cleared. Shipping Charges
We use UK Royal Mail Postal Service for all of our UK shipping. The charges are dependant upon the weight of your goods. The charges are indicated below;
